At the bottom of a story, there would be a series of follow-up activities to reinforce what you learned.

The main one would be a multiple choice comprehension quiz, where you have to select the right choices to prove you understood the story. (E.g. "In the beginning, the character [ goes to space / leaves home / finds a key ]".) You would have the option to do the quiz in your own language or the language you're learning.
